At AMOURA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges are only available for items purchased at full retail price. All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Items purchased at a reduced price cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in:

  • Original packaging

  • In unused condition

  • Include all tags along with the printed receipt

Customers within the U.S. are responsible for the cost of returning the item for an exchange. International customers are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to their country.

Domestic/International

If you experience any issues or have concerns with your order, please notify us at amouracomforts@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from amouracomforts@gmail.com. Orders are processed within 10 business days, though most ship within 3–4 business days.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived after this time, contact us at EMAIL for assistance.

Delivery

Taxes, Shipping and Handling

All domestic orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, while international orders are fulfilled through USPS or DHL. Shipping carriers are chosen based on the most efficient delivery method.

Please note that we are not liable for lost or missing packages if signature service is not requested. However, if an issue arises, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs charged at checkout.

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California in accordance with state and local regulations.
